Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free shipping across India on most orders. For remote areas or special requests, minimal courier charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Personalized or custom-made gifts may require a few extra days for processing.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed:

Our team carefully packs your products.
You’ll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once dispatched.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, every order comes with a tax invoice emailed to you and included inside your package for reference.

Payment Infomation
When is the payment taken from my bank account?
Your payment is securely processed through Razorpay or other trusted gateways at the time of order placement. We never store your card or UPI details.

A wishlist lets you save your favorite products so you can easily find and purchase them later — perfect for planning gifts or festive shopping.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. Our support team will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch. Customized products, however, cannot be canceled once processed.
What is "package tracking" in my orders?
Package tracking allows you to monitor your shipment’s status from dispatch to delivery through the tracking link sent to your registered email or phone number.
